Student Registration

New Students!

Parents you can begin the registration process at the "New Student Registration" link below. This will submit a registration request to the selected school for approval. Once this request is approved you will receive emailed instructions on how to setup your Powerschool parent portal account. Once you have created and logged into your parent portal, you will be able to go to Forms on the left and then to the Enrollment tab. You will need to complete all the listed enrollment forms. There will be additional information that you will need to bring into the office after you have completed the online enrollment forms. Depending on school, you can look below for the listed fees and dues.

Additional Documents Needed:

  • Updated immunization records

  • Two documents for proof of residency 

  • Birth certificate

Returning Students

Parents of returning students, you can sign onto your Powerschool Parent portal. Once there, you can select your child, then go to Forms then to the Enrollment tab. You will need to complete all the listed enrollment forms. These forms will pre-populate with previously given information. Please review, correct and validate that the listed information is correct then submit the form.

If you have not setup your Powerschool parent portal. You will first need to contact your school office and obtain your Parent Access ID and Password for each of your children. Once you have the Access IDs and Passwords you can proceed to the PowerSchool Parent Logon page on the school website. Once you are at the logon page you will click create account. You will be asked for name and email and to create a password. Then on the lines provided put in the Access IDs and Passwords for each of your children. This will link your new account to your students information. After your account is created you can then go to each child and select Forms, then go to the Enrollment tab and complete the listed forms. Again these forms will pre-populate with previously given information. Please review, correct and validate that the listed information is correct then submit the form.

When you have completed all the forms your pre enrollment process is completed. However, you will still need to come in to receive the students schedule, fill out free and reduced lunch applications, get lockers, parking places, check out chromebooks and pay for fees with cash or check. We will not be doing this on the first day of school. Below is a list of fees and documents you will need to bring to registration at the Hansen Schools.

Activity Cards

Activity cards can also be purchased for elementary school students. The cost of the card is $25. These can be purchased online at the Husky Store!

Hansen Jr/Sr High School Registration Information

Jr/Sr High School Registration Dates:

  • Tuesday August 6th:

    • 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Junior (11th Grade) and Senior (12th Grade) Registration

    • 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Open Registration (All Grades)

  • Wednesday August 7th:

    • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Open Registration (All Grades)

    • 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Freshmen (9th Grade) and Sophomore (10th Grade) Registration

    • 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM - 7th & 8th Grade Registration

Fees and Documents

Listed below are the fees per grade level and any additional forms or documentation you will need to bring with you to registration. Remember having completed the online Enrollment forms in your Parent portal for each student will expedite the registration process.

You will still need to come in to complete registration even if you completed the forms online!

7th Grade Student
