Hansen School District 415

Home of the Huskies

Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, we will develop the
skills and qualities necessary to create lifelong learners and productive citizens.

Welcome to the Hansen School District. We are a progressive rural school district serving approximately 350 students in grades PreK-12. The district boasts excellent instructional staff and up to date technology. Through aggressive grant writing, we have been able to supplement our curriculum and resources to allow teachers to be creative in meeting the needs of our students. The grants we were awarded last year include the Idaho School Improvement Grant, Monsanto, STEM, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and the I3 Scale Up Writing.

We value parents input and invite you to visit the school, call your child’s teacher or principal, attend Board meetings and athletic activities and in general be a part of our community.

So, if you are new welcome and if you are returning welcome back! This is truly a great district and we all feel fortunate to be a part of it.

School and Community Gym

In the fall of 2017, the Hansen School District was very fortunate to have an anonymous community member donate $1,000,000 towards a new gymnasium for the district and the community. After months of planning and preparation, the facility broke ground on the northwest corner of Walnut Avenue and Rock Creek Road in Hansen. We are excited and very grateful for this opportunity. The positive benefit it will have on the district and the community in the years to come will be tremendous!

We will be posting pictures each week of the progress that is made (Click the images for larger view). Keep checking back for updates and information about how the facility can be used.

Visitor Information
